The Turk gate is a monument-protected building ruin in is the only remaining building remainder of the 1826 erichteten Turk barracks, which barracks of the royally Bavarian infantry body guard regiment, made of which the body guards for the royal family were recruited.

The building is to be used in the future as exhibition platform for art.
