The Regener city parish church sank Michael is a place of worship affected in the course of the centuries by different architectural styles. The today's building of churches consists of two towers, an old and a new building and an integrated side chapel. Church patron is the ore gels Michael.

The side chapel, to whose entrance the gothical Madonna and a very free copy of the grace picture originating from rains are attached by Maria Plain, is called since the last change Marienkapelle. Because of their past function it was called Sakraments or Taufkapelle; renaming took place, since the Tabernakel to the altar and the Taufstein was shifted was shifted into the center of the church.
