The catholic monastery and institute church pc. Jakob at the meadow, called Jakob church, is the only complete new building of a historical church in the old part of town of Munich. It serves the arms school sisters of our dear wife as monastery and institute church. Arms the school sister care for the oldest monastery of Munich.

Situation

History

The Klarissen took over the meadow monastery. Only 1804 gave up the Klarissen their convention in the course of the secularization.

1404 collapsed the monastic church. The Klarissen built the church to 1408. The church possessed now further the oldest spitzbogige of Upper Bavaria as well as the oldest receives Roman choir in the today's city.
