The Middle Franconian Bocksbeutel route is a tourist road, which runs up to few kilometers completely in the district new city at the Aisch baths wind home. It is designated after the characteristic, bulgy bottle form of the Franconia wine, the Bocksbeutel.

The Bocksbeutel route runs not straight-lined, but offers differently long loops with branchings. Along the Bocksbeutel route, which covers all Weinbaugebiete of middle Franconia, are many hotels and hedge managing with traditional Frankish kitchen as well as a set of winegrowers with sales offices.

From May to Septembers take place in the places along the road a multiplicity of wine celebrations with Weinprobe, which often also with a vineyard migration or - committing as well as the choice of the wine princess are connected.
