As far as the reservation takes place directly with the respective service providers (Hoteliers, transport enterprise etc.), the classification is unproblematic as individual journey. Legal treatment

With individual journeys the traveler closes not as with the package tour a uniform contract with a tour operator, but for each individual performance its own contract with the respective service provider. Pro and cons

Central advantage of an individual journey is the larger flexibility. The customer can arrange the journey custom-made after its desires and needs, which select to visiting places and which determine schedule. On the other hand the traveler carries organization overhead and the responsibility for the success.
