The guest trade is divided into three categories:

• Hotel industry - hotel trade, Parahotellerie, hotel/hotels with accommodating, public club huts, nursing centers, camping sites.

• Catering trade - restaurant, bar, Nachtlokal, Dancing, cure hall, motorway restaurant, self-service restaurant.

• Other guest trade - homes for the elderly, operating cafeterias, private pensions, association and firm houses. Just as the mobile guest trade: (in the course feeding and sleeping car), on the flight the onboard food service & the Catering and on the ship.
