Cheltenham [] (or Cheltenham Spa) a bathing resort (therefore it Spa) and Borough are in Gloucestershire, England, in close proximity to Gloucester and Cirencester. The Slogan of the city reads: Salubritas et Eruditio - health and education.
The city is because of the edge of the Cotswolds and enjoys a call as distinguished and rich city. Since the discovery of the very mineralhaltigen sources 1716 the city is a bathing resort with supraregional meaning, although no more filling of the water takes place.
