The castle ruin rain mountain lies in the Kunreuther local part rain mountain opposite the ruin gives it the still intact castle chapel.

History

• The castle develops probably already in the 11. Century for the protection of the diocese Bamberg.
• First documentary mention 1251.
• In the war plundering by the riders of Tilly.
• Abort of the roof in the year 1868, the lock becomes the ruin.
