The burned stone is 897 m a high mountain in the middle forest.

Situation

It lies approx. 4 kilometers north of Zella Mehlis and 5 km southsouthwest from upper yard

Routes to the summit

1. from the Ruppberg parking lot follow the hoar frost way, to scarcely 2 km branches to the right a beschilderter way.
